General Terms and Conditions - Glory Bomb®AG
Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the purchase of products in the online store of Glory Bomb® AG and to all information, documents, graphics, films, music and/or all other services provided to you in the online store or by Glory Bomb®.

Conclusion of contract and withdrawal
Your order constitutes an offer to www.glorybomb.com to conclude a purchase contract. When you place an order with Glory Bomb®, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and listing its details (order confirmation). This order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your offer, but is only intended to inform you that we have received your order. A purchase contract is only concluded when you have paid and we have dispatched the ordered product to you.
If the goods are not available despite the acceptance of your order, we have the right to withdraw from the contract. In this case, we undertake to inform you immediately of the unavailability of the ordered goods and will refund the purchase price immediately if your credit card, PayPal account or bank account has already been debited. Order quantities must correspond to normal household quantities.
The drawings, illustrations, pictures, information, technical data, weight, dimension and performance descriptions shown by Glory Bomb® are non-binding and deviations from the final product may occur. Products are subject to change without notice.
In order to make full use of the Glory Bomb® Store, including adding items to the shopping cart and the payment process, you must set your browser to accept both cookies and pop-ups.

Submissions
If you send ideas, comments, questions, data, pictures, graphics or the like to Glory Bomb®, they become the exclusive property of Glory Bomb®AG. The submissions will be considered non-confidential and we will use or disclose them in any way without obligation or notice to you. The Submissions or any other type of information you send to us shall not be or consist of material that is offensive, pornographic, defamatory, blasphemous, unlawful or in violation of any applicable law, whether civil, criminal or religious. You confirm that everything you send is your property and that you have not copied it in part or in whole from a third party. Please do not send us anything that needs to be treated confidentially.

Retention of title
We retain title to the purchased item until all claims arising from the delivery contract have been paid in full.

 

Warranty for defects and liability
Glory Bomb® excludes all liability, irrespective of its legal basis, as well as claims for damages against Glory Bomb® AG and any auxiliary persons and vicarious agents. In particular, Glory Bomb® AG is not liable for indirect damages and consequential damages, loss of profit or other personal injury, property damage or pure financial loss suffered by the customer. Further mandatory statutory liability, for example for gross negligence or unlawful intent, remains reserved.

Glory Bomb® AG endeavors to deliver goods of impeccable quality.

For all products that can be purchased in the Glory Bomb® online store, the warranty period is 14 days from the day on which the goods leave our premises. In warranty cases, the products must be returned directly to Glory Bomb®. The costs for returns are to be borne by the customer. The warranty covers all defects occurring within the agreed warranty period, provided that these are demonstrably caused by poor material or faulty manufacture. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or the consequences of improper handling, storage or damage by the customer or third parties or defects caused by external circumstances. The Glory Bomb® can must be stored well cooled, upright and in a quiet place.

However, liability is limited to replacement or reimbursement of the invoice value of the defective goods at the discretion of the guarantor. Further claims by the purchaser are excluded.

Subscriptions

Confirmation for subscription products is provided by the payment confirmation after invoicing (credit card or Paypal).

The regular subscriptions have a term of three months.

• When paying by credit card and Paypal, the subscription is automatically renewed every 3 months.

The 3-month subscription must be canceled in writing or by e-mail to info@glorybomb.ch.
This must be received by Glory Bomb no later than 15 days before the end of the current 3-month subscription.

• Payment with Twint is no longer possible for the 3-month subscription.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
All contracts are subject exclusively to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
